First, pat the chicken legs dry and rub them down with our seasoning rub and salt
let it stay in refrigerator for at least 2 to 4 hours to infuse the chicken (over night is even better)
Pre Heat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through ( 165 degrees )
Serve with rice and potatoes
